Good morning! I’m obsessed with these raspberry jam muffins and they make the best snack. So easy to make and absolutely delicious😋

▫️Ingredients
✨1 and 1/2 cups of flour
✨1 tsp of flax seeds
✨1 tsp baking soda
✨1 ripe banana, mashed 🍌
✨1 tsp of plain protein powder by @formnutrition
✨1 cup of a plant-based milk
✨1 cup of raspberry (mash with a fork and add 1 tsp of chia)
✨150g of brown sugar, add more or less depending on your preference
✨2 tsp Agave syrup

▫️Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200degrees.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, protein powder, flax seeds, mashed banana, brown sugar, and agave syrup.
3. Pour in the plant based milk and continue to mix until the consistency is smooth.
4. In silicone cupcake cases, add the flour mixture and 1 tsp of raspberry chia jam as the middle and top layer.
5. Bake the cupcakes for 20-30 mins✨
