✨Some Sunday baking inspo for you all ✨
These are by far my favourite brownies that I’ve made. I love the combination of chocolate and raspberry’s so had to make these brownies.

I hope you’re all having a relaxing weekend, what are your plans?

Ingredients (Makes 10 brownies)
🌱 140g of plain flour
🌱250g of raspberries
🌱3 tsp flaxseed meal
🌱30g cocoa powder
🌱270g of brown sugar
🌱1.5 tsp of vegetable oil.
🌱1 tsp of vanilla extract
🌱200g of dairy free (vegan) dark chocolate, melted
🌱240ml of a plant-based milk.
🌱75g of dairy free (vegan) chocolate chips
🌱Optional: chocolate sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 200degrees.
2. In a food processor, blend 200g of raspberries with the melted chocolate, almond milk, oil, vanilla extract, flaxseed meal, cocoa powder and sugar. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and mix well with the flour.
4. Then, add chocolate chips and mix gently.
5. Transfer the brownie batter to a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
6.. Once ready, leave the brownies to cool for 10 mins.
7. Finally, spread the melted chocolate on top of the brownies. Add the remaining raspberries and chocolate chips on top. Cut the brownies into slices and enjoy.

Optional: For an even chocolaty taste, drizzle some chocolate sauce.🍫
