What is the returns policy?
If your item doesn’t fit or suit you we are happy to refund you, provided that the item is returned in its original condition and unworn, within 7 days of receipt.
Please note: If your purchase was made using a discount code, or the item was purchased on sale, it is not eligible for a refund.
NaturallyEvie LTD is not liable for lost or delayed packages and incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
How do I start a return?
If you want to return an item, please email us at contact@naturallyevie.com with your full name, order number and reason for the return. We will then give you instructions on how to send your items back to us.
How long will it take to process my return?
As soon as we have received your email about a refund, we aim to process all returns ASAP. You will receive an email stating we have received your return and whether we have accepted the return. If the return is rejected, we will provide you with a reason and ship the goods back to you.
Who pays for returns postage?
NaturallyEvie LTD are not responsible for the return postage fees. Postage, delivery costs, duties and taxes incurred due to change of mind, size change or any other reason other than damaged goods, are the customer's responsibility.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
Customs Import Duties and Taxes:
Items shipped internationally sometimes incur local duties and customs charges. We have no control over these charges and therefore these are not included in your order total.
Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries are the customers’ responsibility. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
