I’ve made a quick and tasty recipe that takes 20 minutes. Carbs are not the enemy and give us so much energy. I used to be afraid of carbs but now I make sure to pack them in and I’ve never felt better and more energised☺️✨

There’s 3 types of carbs. It is m recommended to base your carbohydrate intake on the third group and to limit your intake from the two first groups. 

1. Simple sugars: found in sweets (cakes, cookies, ice creams, candy and so on), soft drinks and fruits.
2. Complex, low-fibre carbohydrates: found in refined grains such as white bread, white rice, breakfast cereals and so on.
3. Complex, high-fibre carbohydrates: found in legumes and whole grains

🌱tomato and Basil 🌿 paste
🌱vegan cheese
🌱cherry tomatoes 🍅
🌱Wild rocket salad
🌱Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 200degrees.

2. Roll out your pastry and add your chosen toppings.

3. Cook the pastry for 15 - 20 mins. The pizza pastry should be nice and crispy 😋
