Sometimes a creamy bowl of tagliatelle is all you need to cheer you up when the weather has been so rainy ☔️

🌱Tagliatelle pasta
🌱1 large onion
🌱2 garlic cloves
🌱@alpro soya cream
🌱75ml of soya milk
🌱1 cup of frozen peas
🌱100g of chestnut mushrooms
🌱2 tsp of nutritional yeast
🌱1 tsp of oil
🌱1 - 2 tsp of all-purpose flour
🌱Salt & pepper to your taste
🌱Optional: vegan Parmesan cheese 🧀

1. Cook the tagliatelle as per the instructions on the packet.
2. In a pan over medium heat, heat up the oil. Fry your chopped garlic and onion.
3. Add your chopped mushrooms, peas and nutritional yeast. Pour the soya cream, soya milk and add the flour. Mix in well and cook for 10 - 12 mins.
4. Once the tagliatelle has cooked, mix it in with the creamy sauce and continue to cook for several more mins. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and cheese.
