Ingredients for the overnight oats:

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of a plant-based milk
  • 3 tsp of water
  • 2 tsp of flax seeds
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of agave syrup
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Almond flakes
  • 1 fig
  • 2 squares of dark chocolate (melted) and coconut flakes.

Method for the overnight oats: add warm water and a plant-based milk to your oats and leave them overnight. Mix in with the agave syrup, jam, flax seeds and chia seeds. In the morning, heat up your oats and add all of your favourite fruit, seeds/ nuts, melted chocolate or nut butter.

▫️To make the strawberry 🍓 chia jam: add one cup of chopped up strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat. Then add 3 tsp of agave / maple syrup, and 5 tsp of sugar. Stir until the strawberries have softened. Finally, add 3 tsp of chia seeds to the mixture and continue to stir for about 15 mins.
