Peanut butter, chocolate and banana cups
An absolutely delicious treat inspired by Reese's peanut butter cups. To make these, I really recommend buying silicone cupcake cases. They have honestly changed my life!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) of Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 and 1/2 cups (438g) of Dark Chocolate.
- 3 tbs coconut oil.
- 1 banana, sliced
Method:
- Place the coconut oil and dark chocolate into a bowl. Melt in a saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is smooth.
- Melt the peanut butter with some coconut oil and stir.
- First, add the dark chocolate layer in silicone cups and place in the freezer for 5 mins.
- Then, add the peanut butter as the second layer and place the banana in the middle. Pop the cups in the freezer for another 5 mins.
- Add the final chocolate layer at the top and pop the cups in the freezer to set for 15 - 20 mins.
