An absolutely delicious treat inspired by Reese's peanut butter cups.  To make these, I really recommend buying silicone cupcake cases. They have honestly changed my life!


  • 1 cup (250g) of Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 and 1/2 cups (438g) of Dark Chocolate.
  • 3 tbs coconut oil.
  • 1 banana, sliced


  1.  Place the coconut oil and dark chocolate into a bowl. Melt in a saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Melt the peanut butter with some coconut oil and stir.
  3. First, add the dark chocolate layer in silicone cups and place in the freezer for 5 mins.
  4. Then, add the peanut butter as the second layer and place the banana in the middle. Pop the cups in the freezer for another 5 mins.
  5. Add the final chocolate layer at the top and pop the cups in the freezer to set for 15 - 20 mins.
