Calling all Biscoff lovers! You'll absolutely LOVE these! These muffins are so tasty and make the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert 🤍


  • 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
  • Flag egg (3tsp of flax seeds mixed with 3tsp of water. Mix until the mixture thickens).
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 8 biscoff biscuits (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp of biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of soya milk
  • 2 tsp of agave or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt


  1.  Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mash together the bananas and add in all of the dry ingredients.
  3. Then, add all of your wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Scoop a small amount of batter and pour it into the silicone cupcake cases. Add a slice of banana at the top.
  5. Bake for 25 - 30 mins and then leave to cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
