Banana and biscoff muffins
Calling all Biscoff lovers! You'll absolutely LOVE these! These muffins are so tasty and make the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert 🤍
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
- Flag egg (3tsp of flax seeds mixed with 3tsp of water. Mix until the mixture thickens).
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 8 biscoff biscuits (crushed)
- 3 tbsp of biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of soya milk
- 2 tsp of agave or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- In a bowl, mash together the bananas and add in all of the dry ingredients.
- Then, add all of your wet ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop a small amount of batter and pour it into the silicone cupcake cases. Add a slice of banana at the top.
- Bake for 25 - 30 mins and then leave to cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
