No bake peanut and oat cookies
These cookies are so tasty and made in UNDER 30 mins!! ⏰ I added @formnutrition protein powder which gave me sooo much energy.

▫️ Ingredients (makes 8 cookies)
🍪1.5 cups of oats
🍪2 tsp of @formnutrition protein powder (I used Toffee flavour)
🍪 1/2 cup of flax egg
🍪3-5 tsp of warm water
🍪1/2 cup of melted peanut butter
🍪1/4 cup of agave syrup
🍪100g of melted dark chocolate
🍪A handful of salted peanuts, crushed
🍪A pinch of salt
▫️Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200degrees. To make the oat float, blend all of the oats in a food processor.
2. Add the flax egg, syrup, peanut butter, warm water and salt in a bowl then mix well with the oat flour.
The consistency should form a dough-like texture. If it’s too dry, add some more agave syrup/Pb and warm water. If it’s too wet, add more oat flour.
3. Form your desired cookie shape and place in the oven to bake for 20 mins ⏰
4. Once baked, add the melted chocolate and crushed peanuts on top of the cookies.
Leave to cool for 5 mins then enjoy. 😋
