A delicious mixed nut and chocolate loaf cake. You're going to want to make this one! So delicious and even better with a cuppa! 

🌱1 and a 1/2 cups of self-raising flour
🌱150g of dark chocolate (melted)
🌱2 ripe bananas (mash one banana and cut the other one in half)
🌱75g of brown sugar (add more or less depending on your preference).
🌱1 cup of soya milk
🌱1 cup of mixed and chopped nuts (walnuts, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts & almonds)
🌱1 tsp of flax seeds
🌱2 tsp of coconut oil
🌱Some cacao nibs

1. Preheat your oven to 200degrees. Start by melting your chocolate in a saucepan with 2 tsp of coconut oil.
2. In a large bowl, mix all of your wet and dry ingredients well. Mash one of the bananas and add inside the mixture. Save the other banana for the top of the loaf cake.
3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf tin. Cut one of the bananas in half and add it on top of the loaf bread. Then, sprinkle some of the cacao nibs.
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a fork inserted into the middle comes out clean.
5. Cool down for 10 mins, cut into slices and enjoy 🤍
