Ramen noodles are one of my favourite go-to recipes as they are so easy and quick to make.

- 5tsp of Miso paste
- Ramen noodles (375g)
- Bok Choy 🥬
- Spring onions
- Chilli flakes or 1 tsp of chilli paste🌶
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 4 tsp of soya sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Sesame seeds

- Boil 300ml of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix in the miso paste, soya sauce, garlic powder and chilli. Simmer for 5 mins.
- Cook 375g ramen noodles following the pack instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, add the sesame seed oil and cook the Bok Choy for a few mins.
- Add the noodles in the broth along with the spring onion and Bok Choy. Finally, add salt/ pepper and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
