One of my favourite lunches to make. It’s so simple and very tasty!


In my bowl I added:

  • Cucumbers
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Hummus
  • Falafels
  • Toasted flatbread.
  • To finish, sprinkle some salt & pepper and drizzle some olive oil.
