This pasta is so healthy and delicious! I love making homemade pasta sauces. This was definitely a very tasty recipe 🤍 

🌱Pasta (for 2 people)
🌱2 medium red bell peppers
🌱2 garlic cloves
🌱1/2 lemon, squeezed
🌱1 tsp of tahini
🌱1 tsp of onion powder
🌱3 tsp of all purpose flour
🌱Salt & Pepper, to taste
🌱Optional: nutritional yeast or vegan Parmesan

1. Firstly, cook the pasta, as per the instructions on the packet. Then, in a high-speed food processor, blend the chopped red bell pepper & garlic. Add the tahini, lemon juice, onion powder, and salt and continue blending.
2. In a pan over medium heat, add the pepper mixture and the 3 tsp of flour to thicken it up. Squeeze some more lemon, stir continuously and cook for several mins.
3. Finally, mix the sauce and pasta together. Add some more salt & pepper, to taste.
