I’m loving the sweet potato powder by @dhownaturefoods ✨These muffins taste absolutely delicious and there’s so many benefits of adding sweet potato powder to your baked goodies:

🍠Excellent source of carbohydrates. The glucose released from these carbs then give us energy.
🍠 High in vitamin C which supports our immune functioning.
🍠High in iron which is needed to avoid anaemia.
🍠High in dietary fibre which may benefit your digestion.

Have you ever tried sweet potato powder before? 💭

These tasty muffins are super easy to make too! 👇🏼

🌱1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
🌱1 tsp of baking soda
🌱3 tsp of @ sweet potato powder
🌱100g of melted dark chocolate (or add cocoa powder instead)
🌱2 tsp of flax seeds
🌱1 cup of crushed walnuts
🌱 ¾ cup of agave nectar
🌱 ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
🌱Optional: sprinkles

1. Preheat the oven to 180degrees.
2. In a large bowl, add in your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, walnuts, flax seeds, & sweet potato powder).
3. In a saucepan, melt your dark chocolate with some coconut oil.
4. Add your wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix well.
5. Transfer your mixture into silicone cupcake cakes.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm on top. Leave to cool before serving.
7. Add your sprinkles and drizzle any leftover melted chocolate on top of your muffins. 🍫
