These protein balls are probably one of my favourite ones yet! The white chocolate went so well with the coconut 🥥 and hazelnut centre.

Definitely give these a go! The best snack or dessert option and so easy to make. 🤍

✨1 1/2 cups of oats
✨3 tsp of agave syrup
✨4 - 5 tsp of peanut butter
@moo_free_chocolates vegan white chocolate (melted)
@formnutrition banoffee protein powder (1tsp)
✨Shredded coconut 🥥

1. In a blender, blend the oats, protein powder, peanut butter and agave syrup. The consistency should be dough-like. Add more agave syrup if the mixture is too dry or more oats if it’s too wet.
2. Scoop a small amount of mixture and form into small balls. Fold the hazelnut piece inside the protein ball.
3. Melt the white chocolate. Roll each protein ball in the chocolate so that it’s covered well. Finally, sprinkle some coconut flakes on the top.
4. Set in the freezer overnight or for several hours ⏰
