A simple, quick and tasty lunch using @vegetarianbutcher “chicken” pieces, vegan Parmesan cheese, croutons and fresh iceberg lettuce 🥬 Drizzle the Caesar dressing, then add the salt and pepper. Voila!

To make the vegan Caesar dressing:
✨1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise
✨1 tsp of Dijon mustard
✨1 tsp lemon juice
✨2 tsp of nutritional yeast
✨1 tsp of maple syrup
✨1 tsp of olive oil
✨Crushed garlic (2 cloves)🧄

🤍Method for the Caesar sauce:
Add all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz together until smooth.
