If you haven’t already tried chia pudding, then you’re seriously missing out! 🙅‍♀️This cherry chia pudding makes the most perfect breakfast or dessert.

Chia seeds have SO many benefits:
~ Packed with fibre
~ High in Omega-3 fatty acids
~ High in protein
~ They are also packed with several essential minerals and antioxidants.

🍒 1 cup of chia seeds (soaked in a plant based milk).
🥥 1/4 cup of light coconut milk
🍒 1 tsp of cinnamon
🥥 1 tsp of agave syrup
🍒A handful of cherries

1. Soak the chia seeds in a plant-based milk of your choice for a minimum of 2 hours.
2. Then, add the rest coconut milk, cinnamon and agave syrup with the rest of the pudding. Add more milk if the mixture is too dry.
3. Finally, add the cherries (don’t forget to take the stones out!) and then enjoy!
