Cinnamon crepes with caramelised apple
These cinnamon crepes with caramelised apple will definitely want you to wake up in the morning! They smell amazing and taste even better. Such a simple and delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
- 250ml of a plant-based milk
- 1 cup of self-raising flour
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- Agave syrup, to taste.
- 1 tsp olive oil/ coconut oil
- Optional: shredded coconut
To make the caramelised apples 🍎
Slice 1 medium apple and mix in with 2 tsp of agave syrup, 3 tsp of sugar and some cinnamon. Add some oil in a man and cook for several mins in a pan once the apples have softened.
Method
- Preheat a pan with some olive oil over medium heat.
- Mix the flour, plant milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon together.
- Add the crepe mixture on to the pan for 3 mins or until it has cooked. Do this for all of the crepes.
- Finally, add the caramelised apples, agave syrup, shredded coconut and more cinnamon.
