This chia and yogurt layered pudding is so delicious and makes the most perfect breakfast or snack. Chia seeds are so nutritious and high in omega 3.  🍓✨

Ingredients (makes 2 puddings):

  • Chia seeds (1/4 of a cup)
  • Almond milk/ other plant-based milk (200ml)
  • 4 tsp of a plant-based yogurt (I used @alpro Greek Style yogurt)
  • 1 tsp of agave syrup
  • Your favourite toppings.


  1. Add chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl. Leave to soak in the fridge for 2 hours.
  2. Once the chia seeds have soaked, you may need to add some more milk if the mixture is too thick. Transfer the chia seeds into a large cup and add some yogurt as the second layer.
  3. Finally, I topped with some strawberries, granola and cacao nibs 😋
