Chia and yogurt layered pudding
This chia and yogurt layered pudding is so delicious and makes the most perfect breakfast or snack. Chia seeds are so nutritious and high in omega 3. 🍓✨
Ingredients (makes 2 puddings):
- Chia seeds (1/4 of a cup)
- Almond milk/ other plant-based milk (200ml)
- 4 tsp of a plant-based yogurt (I used @alpro Greek Style yogurt)
- 1 tsp of agave syrup
- Your favourite toppings.
Method
- Add chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl. Leave to soak in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Once the chia seeds have soaked, you may need to add some more milk if the mixture is too thick. Transfer the chia seeds into a large cup and add some yogurt as the second layer.
- Finally, I topped with some strawberries, granola and cacao nibs 😋
