Such a vibrant, healthy and colourful salad BURSTING with flavour! 


In my salad I added: kale, lettuce, apple, walnuts, pomegranate, 1tsp of olive oil, vegan Greek feta cheese, sea salt and balsamic vinegar. It was delicious 😋

I know not everyone likes salads but I absolutely love them. They are super quick, healthy and delicious. I love experimenting and mixing them up every time.
