This fresh spring green salad will have your mouth watering and it's such a perfect side dish.


  • 1 cup of chopped spring greens
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 swede
  • 1 tsp of sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp of soya sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Over medium heat, heat up the spring greens, chopped carrot and swede in a pan for several minutes. I drizzled some sesame seed oil (honestly it’s amazing!) and added 1tsp of soya sauce. Finally, I sprinkled some seeds and black pepper.
