Sunday calls for baking! I used the amazing organic walnuts from @milyanliukltd - they also arrived with a walnut cracker which is a game changer!

Walnuts are not only delicious but have so many nutritional benefits:
✨Mind-boosting as they contain Omega-3 fatty acids.
✨They can improve cholesterol levels and lower the risk of heart disease.
✨Research has found that walnuts can enrich the gut microbiota which can support a healthy digestive system.

Walnuts are a great snack and I love adding them to my salad as a topping 🥗 They are also great in porridge and can be used when baking 👩‍🍳

What are your favourite ways to eat walnuts?! 💭

✨1 tsp if flax seeds

Optional: chocolate syrup for the topping

▫️Method
