This is my favourite choc chip cookie recipe, it’s so yummy! I love the sweet and salty food combo so I sprinkled some sea salt and tastes SO good 👅

Ingredients
🍪1 cup and 1/4 of all purpose flour (180g)
🍪1/2 cup of dairy-free butter 🧈
🍪1/2 cup of coconut oil
🍪 2 tsp of baking powder
🍪 150g of dark chocolate
🍪 1/2 cup (165g) of brown sugar (add more or less depending on your preference)
🍪 1 tsp of vanilla extract
🍪 1tsp of sea salt

Method
1️⃣Start by melting the coconut oil and butter in the microwave for 1 minute.
2️⃣ In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, sea salt, vanilla extract, melted butter and coconut oil, baking powder and plant-based milk. Break the chocolate bar into chunks. Then, add the chocolate to the mixture 🍫 Mix the ingredients well.
3️⃣ Leave the batter to set in the fridge for 2 hours ⏰
4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 160degrees.
5️⃣ Add baking paper in a baking tray and scoop out a small amount of batter (can use an ice-cream scoop) to form a ball. Place each cookie dough ball on the baking tray.
6️⃣ Bake for 20 mins and then leave the cookies to set for another 10-15 mins. Sprinkle some sea salt once the cookies have cooled down.
