Nothing better than freshly cooked cinnamon and raspberry rolls. I absolutely LOVE the smell of cinnamon. These are so tasty and make the perfect sweet treat.🤍

◽️ 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹
* 2/12 cups of flour
* 1 cup of a plant-based milk
* 2 tsp of baking powder
* 3 tsp of cinnamon
* 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
* 2 tsp of maple sugar
* 1 tsp of active dry yeast or instant yeast
* 4 tsp of vegan butter
* 1 tsp of sea salt
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
In another bowl, add your milk and warm in the microwave for about 50 seconds. Add in the yeast and let the mixture set.

Melt your butter and add to the yeast mixture when cooled. Then, combine your mixture to the dry ingredients and add in your vanilla extract & syrup.

Mix the mixture with your hands to form a dough. Grease a bowl with some oil and add the dough. Leave it to set for a few hours.

◽️ 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 & 𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
* 2 tsp of cinnamon
* 1/4 cup coconut sugar
* 2 tsp vegan butter
* 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Melt the butter and mix in with the cinnamon, coconut sugar and raspberry’s.

Roll your dough in a rectangular shape. Cut your roll into small pieces. Then, spread the cinnamon & raspberry filling and roll into swirls 🍥

Bake your cinnamon rolls for 25-30 mins at 180degrees.

◽️ 𝗜𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿
• 5 tsp icing sugar (add more or less depending on your preference)
* 2 tsp oat milk / water
Mix well and drizzle on your cinnamon rolls when they have cooled from the oven.
