No Bake Chocolate Protein Balls
These chocolate oat balls are so tasty and require no baking. The perfect go-to snack and only requires four ingredients!
▫️Ingredients
✨1 cup of oats
✨1 cup of melted vegan butter
✨2-3 tsp of agave syrup (or an alternative)
✨150g of dark chocolate, melted
Optional: A splash of water 💦 and sea salt
▫️Method
1. Melt the dark chocolate and leave to the side
2. In a blender, blend the oats with the melted butter and agave syrup. The mixture should form into a dough-like consistency. Add more agave syrup (and a splash of water) if the mixture is too dry or some oats if the mixture is too wet.
3. Roll the balls in chocolate
4. Leave to set in the freezer
