Cinnamon and biscoff pancakes
The best pancakes for breakfast, as a treat or both! I’m so obsessed with cinnamon at the moment. What’s your favourite pancake flavour/topping? ✨
Ingredients
- 3 tsp of Cinnamon powder
- 1 cup of self-raising flour
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk
- 1 tsp of chia and flax seeds
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Coconut or olive ofA pinch of Himalayan sea salt.
- To serve: more cinnamon, Biscoff and agave syrup (optional)
Method
- Mix the cinnamon, almond milk, mashed banana, self-raising flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, pinch of salt, some flax seeds, and chia seeds together in a large bowl.
- In a pan on medium heat, add some coconut/olive oil. Take a small scoop of the pancake mixture and heat for a few mins. Do this until all of the pancakes are done.
- Finally, spread the Biscoff, sprinkle the cinnamon, drizzle syrup (optional) and ENJOY 😋🍂✨
