I made this tasty and delicious bowl that will make you want to get up in the morning. I added all of my favourite toppings which included fresh cherry's, chocolate, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes.

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of a plant-based milk
  • 3 tsp of water
  • 2 tsp of flax seeds
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of agave syrup
  • 1 tsp quinoa flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp of raspberry jam
  • Cherry’s
  • 2 squares of dark chocolate (melted) and coconut flakes.

▫️Method: add warm water and a plant-based milk to your oats and leave them overnight. Mix in with the agave syrup, jam, flax seeds and chia seeds. In the morning, heat up your oats and add all of your favourite fruit, seeds/ nuts, quinoa flakes, melted chocolate or nut butter.
