Starting the day with a delicious smoothie and a positive mindset. How are you starting your Monday morning?

Blend 1/2 cup of oats with 2 ripe bananas (the riper the better as it will add more sweetness), 2 tsp of cacao powder, 2 tsp of peanut butter, 2 tsp of a dairy-free yogurt, some melted dark chocolate and 1 cup of soya milk.

Sprinkle some cacao nibs and enjoy!
